The British brand Umbro has become the equipment supplier of the Jamaica Football Federation (men's and women's teams) for four years (from 01/01/2018 to 31/12/2021), on 15/12/2017. The official kits will be revealed and worn for the first time by the men's A team during qualifying matches for the 2022 World Cup (dates unknown as of 18/12/2017).

The agreement was negotiated and signed, on behalf of Umbro, by Fexpro Incorporated, the local rights holders for the Caribbean and Central America region. The financial allocation amounted to just under $4m (€3.4m at 18/12/2017), or nearly $1m per season (around €850,000), excluding sporting performance bonuses and merchandising royalties.

The agreement also includes the payment of a signing bonus and the provision of sports equipment (boots, balls, training kits, tracksuits, shin pads, etc) for each of the 12 national teams of Jamaica involved with the partnership. In addition, Umbro will sponsor a player from each of the 12 Red Stripe Premier League clubs, the Jamaican men's first division, managed by the national federation.
