Ligue 1 Conforama: attendance for Matchday 18 of 2017-18, Lyon - Marseille draws 57,206 spectators

Matchday 18 of the 2017-18 Ligue 1 Conforama season drew 23,631 spectators on average per game, from 15 to 17/12/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 78%.

Olympique Lyonnais - Olympique de Marseille (2-0), the closing match of the day on Sunday 17/12/2017 (kick-off at 21:00 CET), was the game which recorded the highest attendance of the weekend, with 57,206 spectators at the Groupama Stadium (fill rate of 100%), the best performance of the season for the Lyon club. During Matchday 18, Stade Rennais FC also recorded their highest attendance at home since the beginning of the season for their match against Paris Saint-Germain (1-4, Saturday 16/12/2017, kick-off at 17:00 CET). Six matches drew more than 20,000 spectators, and three less than 15,000.

The average league attendance reached 22,021 spectators per game after 18 matchdays, for an average fill rate of nearly 71%.

  • The 20 Ligue 1 Conforama clubs drew an average of 21,208 spectators per game in 2016-17 for a fill rate of 68%.
