LaLiga Santander: attendance for Matchday 17 of 2017-18, El Clásico in Madrid draws 80,264 fans

Matchday 17 of the 2017-18 LaLiga Santander season drew an average of 27,404 spectators per game, from 19 to 23/12/2017. The average stadium fill rate was 77%.

The first El Clásico of the season, Real Madrid CF - FC Barcelona (0-3), on Saturday 23/12/2017 (kick-off 13:00 CET), recorded the highest mark of the matchday, with 80,264 spectators at the Santiago Bernabeu (fill rate of 100%). This is the best single-game attendance mark of the 2017-18 LaLiga Santander season thus far. Three games drew more than 35,000 spectators, and six less than 20,000.

The average attendance of the Spanish league is currently 27,239 spectators per game after 17 rounds, for an average fill rate of 73%.
