Ladbrokes, a British sports betting operator, will extend its partnership with the Scottish Premier Football League (SPFL) for two additional seasons, until the end of the 2019-20 season, according to Scottish media on 12/01/2018. The information has not been made official by either Ladbrokes or the Scottish League as of 16/01/2018.

The agreement would keep Ladbrokes as the title sponsor of the first four Scottish divisions (Ladbrokes Premiership, Ladbrokes Championship, Ladbrokes League 1, Ladbrokes League 2). The operator became a main partner of the SPFL on 13/05/2015 for the 2015-2017 period, with the deal being valued at £2m per season (€2.8m as of 13/05/2015).

Ladbrokes then extended its agreement with the SPFL on 27/04/2017 for the 2017-18 season and the same amount. The new deal is valued at £2.5m (€2.8m on 16/01/2018) per season by Scottish media. This figure would represent an increase of 25% over the 2015-2018 period.
