Premier League: 1.5 million average audience for the nine best games of the first half of 2017-18

Sky Sports Main Event, a channel of the pay-TV group Sky, drew an average of 744,314 subscribers during the broadcast of the 35 games of the first part of the 2017-18 Premier League season of which News Tank Football has the TV audience figures. These matches were also broadcast on Sky Sports Premier League, another pay-TV channel of the group whose audiences are only sometimes communicated. This was not the case in 2016-17 as the matches were only broadcast on one channel (Sky Sports 1).

The nine matches of which News Tank Football was able to obtain the audiences on both Sky Sports Main Event and Sky Sports Premier League drew an average of 1.523 million subscribers across both channels.

The 20 matches of the first half of 2017-18 season broadcast on BT Sport, of which News Tank Football was able to obtain the audiences, drew an average of 675,150 subscribers in the United Kingdom, or 6.8% more than the average of the 19 matches of the first part of the 2016-17 season (631,631 subscribers on average).
