Turkey: Acıbadem (health group) main shirt sponsor of Fenerbahçe SK from January 2018

Acıbadem Sağlık Grubu, a Turkish health group (hospitals, clinics), has become the main shirt sponsor of Fenerbahçe SK (Süper Lig) on 19/01/2018. The Acıbadem logo has been displayed on the main sponsorship space of the Istanbul (TUR) club's match shirts since that date.

Neither the duration nor the amount of the contract have been officially communicated. The majority of Turkish and German media have estimated a six-year partnership (until the end of the year 2023), with an annual amount of €6m.

Other Turkish media sources have reported that the contract will run for two and a half years (until the end of the 2019-20 season) and that the annual amount will be $8.5m (€6.9m 01/23/2018). Still other Turkish media claim that the agreement will cover an initial period of three years (until 31/12/2020) with an annual amount of ₺70m Turkish lira, (or €15m as of 23/01/2018).
