Premier League: CashBet Coin becomes official cryptocurrency and blockchain partner of Arsenal FC

CashBet Coin, the cryptocurrency of US online casino operator CashBet, has become an "official cryptocurrency partner" and "official blockchain partner" of Arsenal FC (Premier League) on 24/01/2018. The duration of the contract was not communicated. The partnership is a third level agreement in the sponsorship hierarchy of the London club.

CashBet Coin is a virtual currency that can be used to play on CashBet's websites and mobile gambling apps. It was launched on 24/01/2018, via an ICO (Initial Coin Offering, fundraising with cryptocurrency holders).

"The partnership will help CashBet Coin build global brand awareness through our extensive digital and social media platforms, and through the creation of bespoke content with our players," said Arsenal FC on 24/01/2018.

Arsenal FC is already linked with online sports betting and/or gaming operators 12Bet, Paddy Power, Betfair Plc., SportPesa and Tempobet, but not with CashBet.
