Deloitte Football Money League 2018: Real Madrid and Manchester City top in TV rights (€236.8m)

Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) and Manchester City FC (Premier League) are the two clubs that generated the most audiovisual revenue (€236.8m) in 2016-17, according to figures from the 2018 edition of the Football Money League, published by the UK audit and consultancy firm Deloitte on 22/01/2018.

Real Madrid CF, ranked second in the Football Money League in total revenue, saw its audiovisual revenue rise 4% in 2016-17 compared to in 2015-16 (€227.7m). Manchester City, fifth in total revenue, recorded an increase of 9.7% in TV revenue compared to 2015-16 (€215.8m).

Among the 10 clubs that received the most audiovisual revenue in 2016-17, seven play in the Premier League: Manchester City FC, Arsenal FC, Manchester United FC, Leicester City FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, Chelsea FC, and Liverpool FC.
