Matchday 22 of the 2017-18 Serie A TIM season drew an average of 23,010 spectators per game on 27 and 28/01/2018. The average fill rate was 57%.

AC Milan - SS Lazio (2-1), on Sunday 28/01/2018 (kick-off at 18:00 CET), was the game that recorded the best attendance of the day, with 50,822 spectators at the San Siro (78,328 capacity, a fill rate of 65%).

AC Chievo Verona and SPAL 2013 posted their record home attendances of the season, in their matches against Juventus (0-2) and Interazionale Milano (1-1) respectively. Two matches drew over 30,000 spectators and five others under 20,000.

The average league attendance was 24,296 spectators per game after 22 matchdays, for an average fill rate of nearly 63%.
