"Sports enclosures are, by their very nature, perfectly adapted for cashless," said Thomas Kouck, managing director of Vente-privée Entertainment, at Think Football 2018 at the University of Paris-Dauphine on 01/02/2018. "Cashless is not technology, but a strategy that, for us, is the most disruptive, the most innovative, and certainly the most accelerating in terms of value creation. This strategy will have an impact, of course, on the global structure, the digital scheme of sports arenas or amusement parks, and will directly impact the marketing, merchandising, ticketing, and global customer experience sections," added Kouck.
