"Our leaders were initially reluctant to implement a cashless strategy in Corsica, but the feedback from fans was positive and catering revenue has taken off (+330% in six months) by focusing on 'more product' (like offering a fourth beer for every three purchased). The average catering transaction used to be €3, compared now to €7 in cashless stadiums (€7.69 for AC Ajaccio).
