Facebook: Top 100 European clubs with the most fans (February 2018)

With more than 106.6 million fans, Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) is the most-liked European club on Facebook, according to data compiled by News Tank Football which established the Top 100 most popular European clubs on this social network as of 02/01/2018.

With 2.36 million additional fans in January 2018, Manchester City FC (8^th, Premier League) was the club that recorded the best growth in absolute value in the Top 100, ahead of FC Internazionale Milano (+530,152 subscribers) and Paris Saint-Germain (+428,871). The club with the highest percentage increase in fans was FC Girondins de Bordeaux (Ligue 1 Conforama): +15.3%, or +134,509 fans.

The Premier League is the most represented league in the top 20 (seven clubs), followed by the Serie A TIM (four). LaLiga Santander (three clubs) is in third place, tied with the Süper Lig, with the Turkish league being the only league outside of the Top 5 countries in Europe to be represented in the top 20. The Bundesliga has two representatives in the top 20, and the Ligue 1 Conforama just one (Paris Saint-Germain).
