Real Madrid (LaLiga Santander) - Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama), 3-1, the first leg match of the 2017-18 Champions League Round of 16, drew a cumulative total of 4.496 million viewers in Spain and France, on Wednesday 14/02/2018 (kick-off at 20:45 CET). This game also notably achieved a new audience record for the pay-TV channel beIN Sports in France.

In Spain, the game drew 2.442 million subscribers on average on beIN LaLiga, a pay-TV channel from a joint venture between Mediapro and beIN Media Group. Audience share: 13.8%

In France, the game drew 2.054 million subscribers on average on the pay-TV channel beIN Sports 1. This is a historic audience record for the channel launched in France in June 2012. beIN Sports 1 recorded a peak audience of 2.303 million viewers in France during the game.
