Ligue 1 Conforama: New Balance will succeed Umbro as equipment supplier of FC Nantes from 2018-19

The American brand New Balance has become an official equipment supplier of FC Nantes (Ligue 1 Conforama) beginning the 2018-19 season, on 22/02/2018. The duration of the partnership has not yet been communicated.

This is a first level partnership in the sponsorship hierarchy of the French club. New Balance will succeed the British brand Umbro (2014-2018, €0.5m per season) as an official equipment supplier of FC Nantes.

The New Balance and Umbro brands are distributed in France by the Royer Group. New Balance has only one contracted Ligue 1 Conforama club in 2017-18: LOSC Lille.
