PSG-Anderlecht: ban for Belgian supporters travelling unofficially to Paris and its suburbs

The French Interior Minister, Manuel Valls, has prohibited individual or collective travel by any means, be it road, rail or air, for any person claiming to be a supporter of the Belgian club Anderlecht. Fans who are not travelling by official club or police sanctioned means, will be prohibited from entering the Ile de France region (which surrounds Paris), through any of its boarder points, from 12 am on the 04/11/2013 to the 05/11/2013 at midnight.

The ban aims to stop potential violence between PSG and Anderlecht fans surrounding their meeting on the 11/05/2013 (match-day 4 of the Champions League, Group C), according to a decree on the 31/10/2013, published by the French state on the 03/11/2013.

The decree states that the banning order does not apply to fans "travelling with the support system and guidance established by RSC Anderlecht." Their number is limited to 600.
