LaLiga: Jawwy (mobile phone service, STC), sleeve sponsor of Villarreal CF until June 2018

Jawwy, a mobile phone service from STC, a Saudi telecommunications group, has become a shirt sleeve sponsor and training kit sponsor of Villarreal CF (LaLiga Santander) until the end of the 2017-18 season on 25/02/2018.

Jawwy has the status of official sponsor, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Spanish club. "The service was launched in 2016 and caters specifically to Saudi digitally-savvy youth, who constitute a major and growing part of the Kingdom’s population. Recent reports have shown that Saudis are the world’s most avid YouTube users with 180 million views per day as well as huge consumers of Snapchat and Twitter, channels that enable young Saudis to connect, collaborate and create with their peers across the Kingdom," said Villarreal CF.
