Switzerland: Honda becomes shirt sponsor of Young Boys Bern until 2016-17

The Japanese car manufacturer Honda has become the shirt sponsor of Young Boys Bern (Switzerland), said the club on the 01/11/2013. Both parties are under contract until the end of the 2016-17 season.

As well as front-of-shirt sponsoring, Honda will have branding at the Stade de Suisse (31,700 seats) and presence in the media communications of the Bern club. The Japanese company will also have use of a private box in the stadium.

The agreement was concluded with the Swiss division of Honda. The partnership has led to the early termination of the sponsorship deal with French car manufacturer Citroën.
