Borussia Dortmund and Puma offer a limited edition "winter" shirt

Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) have revealed a "winter" shirt for the 2013-14 season, on the 30/10/2013. Produced in partnership with Puma, the club's kit supplier, it was worn for the first time at the home game against VfB Stuttgart (6-1), match-day 11, on the 01/11/2013. The shirt will now be worn for two Bundesliga games in November, away to VfL Wolfsburg (on the 09/11/2013) and at home to Bayern Munich (on the 23/11/2013).

The shirt incorporates the club colours (yellow and black) and is a tribute to the fans of Dortmund: a picture of fans in the Südtribüne (the south terrace) in the Signal Iduna Park stadium (80,500 seats) covers the upper part. Each shirt is unique, with a different snapshot on each one, and a text printed on the inside back of the shirt (see below).

"Adhering to our traditional colours of yellow and black, the winter kit is a tribute to all BVB fans that support the team with gusto and passion at every game," explained the club.
