Bundesliga: educational partnership between Borussia Dortmund and the Johan Cruyff Institute (NED)

Borussia Dortmund (Bundesliga) and the Johan Cruyff Institute, a sports management training organisation based in Amsterdam (NED), are forming an educational partnership to "to develop, strengthen and inspire each other in the field of coaching to benefit the youth academy and the students," said the Institute on 27/02/2018.

As part of the collaboration, 25 Borussia Dortmund coaches and trainers from the BVB Academy will travel to Amsterdam in March 2018, where professors Henk Groener (coach of the German women's handball team) and Henk Verschuur (director of the Johan Cruyff Institute) of the Master in Coaching offered by the Johan Cruyff Institute, will teach coaches "Johann Cruyff's ideas about team dynamics and leadership," added the organisation that offers degree courses (including a Masters in Coaching, Sport Management, Sport Marketing and Sponsorship and Football Business), as well as online courses.

In addition, 30 students from the Johan Cruyff Institute's Master in Coaching course will travel to Dortmund in April 2018 to visit the club's facilities and training center.
