Handball: Lagardère Sports extends its partnership with the German federation until 2024

Lagardère Sports Germany has extended its partnership with the German Handball Federation (DHB) for another four years until 2024, on 15/03/2018. The previous extension, which linked the two entities until 2020, was in 2014. Lagardère Sports Germany (then Sportfive) became a DHB agency from 2008 onwards on 23/11/2007.

Lagardère Sports will retain "the exclusive marketing and media rights of the German national handball teams (men and women), including the shorts sponsorship and shirt spaces as well as the advertising space on and around the court during DHB matches in Germany," said the DHB.

"In recent years, we have been able to significantly increase our partner pool and inspire companies with individual concepts in the long term. We remain demanding and have also made a lot of plans for further cooperation with the German Handball Federation. We look forward to the Handball World Cup 2019 in our own country (co-organised by Denmark and Germany) and hope that Germany will receive the contract for the European Championship 2024," said Robert Müller von Vultejus, managing director…
