City Football Group: £514.3m in turnover and £71.1m net loss in 2016-17 over 13 months

City Football Group (CFG), an investment holding company of football assets (professional clubs, eSports, football centers) posted a turnover of £514.3m (€584.8m on 30/06/2017) during the financial year 2017 (13 months, from 01/06/2016 to 30/06/2017).

Just over 92% of this revenue came from Manchester City FC (Premier League, see below), who are 100% owned by City Football Group. New York City FC (MLS) and Melbourne City FC (Hyundai A-League) clubs also owned by CFG, generated turnover of £30.1m (€34.2m) and £8.4m (€9.6m) respectively.

City Football Group posted a net loss of -£71.1m (€80.8m) compared to -£37m (-€47.3m) in 2015-16, a negative result attributed to "newly formed service companies (investment in various franchises) and New York City FC that "continue to build their business", but it was "offset by the profitability of Manchester City Football Club," said CFG in their "Directors' report and Financial Statements" for 2017 (see attached document), published on 16/03/2018.
