Chinese bank Ping An Bank, a subsidiary of the Ping An holding company specialised in banking and insurance, has signed a "multi-year partnership" with Manchester United FC (Premier League) in China, according to the club on 31/03/2018.

The agreement is a regional partnership, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Mancunian club.

"As part of the agreement, PingAn Bank will offer Chinese fans of the club a range of Manchester United-branded financial services products, starting with the Manchester United credit card. The partnership will see PingAn Bank engage with the club’s 100 million-plus Chinese followers, with highly anticipated events and appearances from Manchester United legends and former players in cities across China; Beijing, Shanghai, Shenzhen and Guangzhou. Exclusive products, offering fans unique access to Manchester United rewards, benefits and experiences, will also be communicated through the club’s popular website and social media channels," said Manchester United.
