La Liga: Saudi Telecom Company extend partnership with Real Madrid until 2018

The Saudi Telecom Company (STC) have extended their partnership with Real Madrid (La Liga BBVA, ESP) the club announced, on the 11/11/2013. Having supported the club since 2009, STC and Real are now linked until the end of the 2017-18 season.

STC are the official telecommunications partner of the club in Saudi Arabia, Bahrain, Kuwait and Turkey. The Saudi group will exploit the image of the club and its players in the Middle East. They will also be present in Real's media communications.

"This renewal is a big step for everyone, especially for the millions of our club’s fans in that part of the world, that will be closer to this legendary stadium, this badge and unique club," said Florentino Perez, the Real Madrid president.

"With this partnership we want to give fans in the area in which we operate more access to the media, wherever they are," said Mohamed Aldhoyehan, chairman of STC's investment committee.
