"Membership structures are present in many clubs, both big and small. Sometimes alongside limited companies, sometimes with commercial members, or with the very traditional structure of members of an association as shareholders," stated Olivier Jarosz, director of the Club Management Programme of the ECA, in his introduction "What is the Socio Model" for the Socio Membership Structure conference in Split (CRO) on 10/04/2018.

The European Club Association is organising, in partnership with HNK Hajduk Split (Prva HNL, CRO), one of its member clubs, a conference on the structure of football clubs owned by their supporters, titled "'Socio' Membership Structure: From Strategy to Implementation, Management, and Practice", in Split (CRO) on Tuesday 10 and Wednesday 11/04/2018.
