Twitter: 21.1 million followers in total for the 20 Serie A TIM clubs (April 2018)

The 20 clubs of the 2017-18 Serie A TIM season have a cumulative total of 21.1 million followers on the social network Twitter, according to data recorded by News Tank Football on 01/04/2018. The Serie A TIM is the third most popular of the European Top 5 leagues on Twitter behind LaLiga Santander and the Premier League, with an average of 1,055,225 followers per club.

AC Milan is the most-followed Italian club on Twitter with 6.67 million followers, ahead of Juventus (5.97 million), AS Roma (1.58 million), FC Internazionale Milano (1.58 million) and SSC Napoli (1.34 million).

ACF Fiorentina, sixth in this ranking, crossed the 600,000 followers mark during the month of March 2018 (617,435 on 01/04/2018).
