"Supporting fairer results is a matter of respect towards the work of football professionals and the passion of millions of fans, that is to say towards the very heart of the game. The video assistant referees are part of the changes approved by IFAB on 03/03/2018 and which will be applied at the 2018 World Cup, decided at the FIFA council meeting in Bogota (COL) on 16/03/2018.
