Premier League: Umbro succeeds Puma as kit supplier to Huddersfield Town AFC (2018-2022)

The British brand Umbro has become the equipment manufacturer of Huddersfield Town AFC (Premier League) for the 2018-2022 period, on 12/04/2018. The contract includes one or more additional seasons as an option.

The agreement was concluded via the Scottish company GLD Group, which distributes the Umbro brand in the United Kingdom. Umbro thus succeeds the German brand Puma as the equipment manufacturer of the English club (since 2013-14), and who paid an estimated amount of £0.8m in 2017-18 (€0.93m on 13/04/2018).

Umbro equip three Premier League clubs in 2017-18: AFC Bournemouth, Everton FC, and West Ham United FC. The British brand was the supplier to Huddersfield Town AFC during the 2011-2013 period.
