LaLiga Santander: Euskaltel (telecom) extends as a partner of Athletic Club Bilbao for 2018-19

Euskaltel, a Spanish telecomoperator, extended as an official partner of Athletic Club (LaLiga Santander) for the 2018-19 season, on 17/04/2018. This is a second level partnership in the sponsorship hierarchy of the Basque club.

Euskaltel became the technology partner and official supplier of the Athletic Club in 2013-14. The telecom operator then extended its collaboration to the women's section of the club, which plays in theLiga Femenina Iberdrola, becoming its main shirt sponsor on 08/03/2016 until the end of the 2018-19 fiscal year.

As part of the agreement, Euskaltel obtains visibility on the signage at the San Mamés stadium, as well as on the various communication platforms of the club. "The renewal of this agreement reflects the commitment and the support of Euskaltel towards the Athletic Club, both in the technological adaptation of the Club’s telecommunication services and in the promotion of the women’s sports," said the Bilbao club.
