BT Sport will launch BT Sport Box Office, a pay-per-view channel, "in the year 2018," announced the British pay-TV group on 17/04/2018.

This channel will be distributed by BT and also its competitor Sky. The two groups signed a multi-year agreement, in order to reciprocally market, in "early 2019", some of their pay-TV offerings to their respective customers, on 15/12/2017.

BT Sport extended its exclusive rights to broadcast, in the UK, the UEFA Champions League and Europa League for the 2018-2021 period, for £394 per season (€453m) on 06/03/2017. BT Sport, which broadcasts 42 Premier League games per season during the 2016-2019 cycle, has also acquired 32 games per season of English top division for the 2019-2022 cycle, for £295m (€339m) per year, on 08/12/2017.
