Serie A TIM: Juventus virtual reality app named to the 2018 Sports Technology Awards

The Juventus VR App (for virtual reality) is one of six pre-selected for the best application award at the fifth edition of the "Sports Technology Awards", a ceremony celebrating the most innovative technologies in all areas of sport, announced Juventus (Serie A TIM) on 24/04/2018.

"Before The Sports Technology Awards, Juventus VR has already received an honourable mention for VR apps at the 2018 Red Card Awards in China in the Best Use of Technology category," said the club.

Thanks to this virtual reality application presented by Juventus on 12/10/2017, fans can move freely behind the scenes of the club, and follow the preparation of the players, moving from one camera to another within the Allianz Stadium (41,000 capacity). They have the opportunity to assist in this way the arrival of players, have access to the dressing room and can enjoy the atmosphere in the stadium during the warm-up. Fans also have access to club headquarters and J|Medical (Club Medical Centre) through the app.
