Facebook: Top 100 European clubs with the most likes (May 2018)

With more than 107.9 million likes, Real Madrid CF (LaLiga Santander) are the most popular European club on Facebook, according to data compiled by News Tank Football which offers a Top 100 of the most popular European clubs on this social network on 01/05/2018.

With 1.9 million additional likes in April 2018, Manchester City FC (8^th, Premier League) was the club that posted the best increase in absolute value, in the Top 100, ahead of FC Bayern Munich (+1.2 million likes) and FC Internazionale Milano (+635,047). The club that recorded the best percentage growth was Bologna FC 1909 (Serie A TIM): +12%, or 107,521 additional likes.

The Premier League is the most represented league in the top 20 in this ranking (seven clubs), followed by the Serie A TIM (four). LaLiga Santander (three clubs) is in third place, tied with Spor Toto Süper Lig, with the Turkish league being the only league out of the Top 5 European leagues to be represented in the top 20. The Bundesliga has two representatives and the Ligue 1 Conforama one (Paris Saint-Germain).
