"The fifth UEFA Football and Social Responsibility Report looks at UEFA's social responsibility achievements, as well as those of partner bodies, in the fields of diversity, inclusion, environment, health, peace and reconciliation, solidarity and fan dialogue," said UEFA, on 08/05/2018.

"Social Responsibility - an integral part of UEFA's business process; initiatives launched under the UEFA HatTrick fund for national associations; the #EqualGame campaign (see below); and cooperation with stakeholders are among the highlights of the 2016/17 UEFA Football and Social and Responsibility Report (the final one in a cycle that began in 2012)," added UEFA.

"The report fulfils various objectives - engaging with stakeholders about the role that social responsibility plays at UEFA; showing how social responsibility in football can foster sustainable development; and measuring performance with the aim of encouraging progress," said Peter Gilliéron (SUI), UEFA Executive Committee member and chairman of the Fair Play and Social Responsibility Committee.
