The German brand adidas has become the official equipment supplier of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC (Sky Bet Championship) for four years, or the 2018-2022 period, announced the club on 08/05/2018. Wolverhampton, winners of the 2017-18 Sky Bet Championship, have been promoted to the Premier League for the 2018-19 season.

adidas, which will replace Puma (2013-2018), gains the status of Official Technical Kit Supplier, the second level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the club. The value of the agreement with Puma, signed in March 2013, was about £1m per year (or €1.18m on 31/03/2013), according to British media.

The Money Shop, a UK-based financial services company, will no longer be the club's shirt sponsor in 2018-19, as the deal was "mutually concluded a season early," said Laurie Dalrymple, managing director of Wolverhampton Wanderers FC.
