France: Macron succeeds Umbro as equipment supplier (2018-2021) of RC Lens (Domino's Ligue 2)

The Italian brand Macron has become the official equipment supplier of Racing Club de Lens (Domino's Ligue 2) for a period of three years beginning the 2018 season, announced the French club on 14/05/2018. The agreement was negotiated via Lagardère Sports, a Lagardère Sports and Entertainment company and exclusive marketing agency of RC Lens.

Macron will gain the status of main partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of Racing Club de Lens. Macron succeeds the British brand Umbro, the equipment supplier of RC Lens for the 2014-2018 period, an agreement which was signed on 17/03/2014. Umbro had replaced the German brand adidas, a partner of the club since the 2011-12 season.

"Macron will supply kits to all professional players, to the training centre and to club staff members for training sessions and matches, as well as to the Sang et Or (blood and gold, colours of the club) courses. The brand will also supply Racing Club de Lens stores with complete collections of associated products for supporters," said the club.
