DFB: German Football Federation launches a Chatbot in time for the 75^th DFB-Pokal final

The DFB has launched a Chatbot (computer programme that can reply to messages) in partnership with Tokabot (start-up company) in time for the 75^th DFB-Pokal final, FC Bayern Munich - Eintracht Frankfurt at the Olympiastadion in Berlin (GER) on 19/05/2018 (kick-off at 20:00 CET), according to the German Football Federation on 10/05/2018.

As part of the fan experience, users can "invite friends into the chatbot, which sends content via the Facebook Messenger service. In the group chat, users can discuss the DFB-Pokal final, test their knowledge or ask the bot questions," explained the DFB.

"To start the chatbot, users follow an activation link adapted to their favoured team. With the official DFB Pokal app, there are other offers that complement the Chatbot with extensive statistics, a live ticker and the Man of the Match," added the German Federation.
