The FA (English Football Association) posted a turnover of £351.2m (€392m on 31/07/2017) in the 2016-17 fiscal year (from 01/08/2016 to 31/07/2017), announced The Football Association on 21/03/2018. This represents a decrease of £18.5m (5.1%) compared to the 2015-16 fiscal year (£369.675m/€438m at the time).

The decrease can be largely explained "by the 2016-17 season being a men’s senior non-tournament year which typically results in lower turnover from broadcasting, events and lower prize funds received," explained The FA.

The FA announced a net profit of £16.318m (€17.9m) for the 2016-17 fiscal year, compared to £7.02m (€8.4m) in 2015-16.

  • "The results are comprised of a consolidation of Football Association Limited, Wembley National Stadium Limited and the National Football Centre Limited," said The FA Activity: English Football Association Official Partners of The FA: • Nike (equipment manufacturer): estimated at £33m per season until 2030• EE (telecommunications)• Adobe (computer software)… on 21/03/2018.
