French Pro Football Convention: third edition in Cannes (FRA) on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23/05/2018

The third edition of the French Professional Football Convention, which brings together directors from French professional clubs, is being held at the Grand Hyatt Martinez Hotel in Cannes (FRA) on Tuesday 22 and Wednesday 23/05/2018.

"This year, we wanted to focus the Convention around the problems of the game event and the spectacle, which some also call the 'product'. But we have also scheduled a long-awaited conference on international TV rights that promises to be exciting," stated Bernard Caïazzo, of Saint-Étienne (Ligue 1 Conforama) and also the president of the Première Ligue union of primarily French first division clubs, to News Tank Football on 18/05/2018.

A gala evening is scheduled for 22/05/2018, with a special tribute to the former French international and manager Henri Michel (who died on 23/04/2018), as well as a celebration of the 20^th anniversary of the victory of the France national team at the 1998 World Cup.
