"Visit Rwanda": the Rwandan investment agency becomes the sleeve sponsor of Arsenal FC

The Rwanda Development Board, the Rwandan agency for international investments, through its subsidiary the Rwanda Convention Bureau, in charge of tourism promotion of the East African country, has become the "first official sleeve partner" of Arsenal FC (Premier League), according to the club on 23/05/2018.

As part of the agreement, the slogan "Visit Rwanda" will appear on the left sleeve of the Arsenal men's first team, U-23 men's team, and women's team shirts for a period of three seasons (2018-2021). "Visit Rwanda" will gain the status of major partner, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the north London club.

The Premier League decided, on 10/11/2016, to allow its clubs to market the shirt sleeve space from the 2017-18 season. Arsenal FC, Tottenham Hotspur FC, and Manchester United FC were the only three clubs in the English league that did not have a shirt sleeve sponsor in 2017-18.
