Ligue 1 2020-2024 TV rights: "green indicators" anticipated in the bidding, results on 29/05/2018

The French LFP launched the tender for the domestic audiovisual rights to the Ligue 1 Conforama for the 2020-2024 cycle, following the unanimous vote of its board of directors on 25/04/2018. "The indicators are green, it's time to go, to see on the market the value of our product," said Didier Quillot, CEO of the LFP, to justify this launch more than two years before the beginning of the period concerned. The bidding is scheduled on Tuesday 29/05/2018, after "a delivery of qualitative offers" the day before, on Monday 28/05/2018.

The tender includes seven lots (see below and document to download) and auctions will be held sequentially, lot by lot, every fifteen minutes, on 29/05/2018, after "a delivery of qualitative offers", by 28/05/2018. Seven time slots are proposed in this tender:
• one match on Friday at 21:00 CET
• one match on Saturday at 17:00
• one match on Saturday at 21:00
• one match on Sunday at 13:00
• a four-match multiplex on Sunday at 15:00
• one match on Sunday at 17:00
• one match on Sunday at 21:00
