The shirts of Bundesliga clubs are the most expensive in the five major European leagues (English, German, Spanish, Italian and French) with an average commercial sale price of €74.85. Next are those of the Serie A (€74.50), Ligue 1 (€74), and La Liga (€67.41).

The cheapest are found in the Premier League with an average commercial price of €60.41, €14 less than in Germany.

The highest shirt price of the five leagues is €85. This is the price charged by FC Barcelona (La Liga), Paris-SG (Ligue 1), Lille OSC (Ligue 1), Juventus (Serie A), and Inter Milan (Serie A). Despite the higher average price, no Bundesliga club features in the list of the 10 most expensive shirts.

Hull City's Adidas shirt is the cheapest of the five leagues at €47.

Nike charge the most among the 24 kit suppliers of the five leagues, with an average price of €77. The American brand sells the most expensive shirt in four of the five leagues. Kappa is second with €75.70, and Macron are 3rd with an average of €72.20. Adidas come in fifth position with an average sales price of €69.20.
