Lega Serie A: councilors elected, end of the mandate of extraordinary commissioner Giovanni Malago

"During the general assembly, the governance of the Lega Serie A was completed with the first round of elections of four league councilors (Alessandro Antonello - FC Internazionale Milano, Stefano Campoccia - Udinese Calcio, Marco Fassone - AC Milan, and Luca Percassi - Atalanta Bergamasca Calcio) and two members of the FIGC federal council (Claudio Lotito - SS Lazio and Giuseppe Marotta - Juventus FC)," announced Giovanni Malago, extraordinary commissioner of the Lega Serie A on 28/05/2018.

The elections mark the end of the mandate of the extraordinary commissioner Giovanni Malago, who has managed the affairs of the Lega Serie A since 01/02/2018. "The mandate of the extraordinary commissioner will end with the reconstitution of the authorities of the Lega Serie A, implemented by 01/08/2018," indicated the Italian Football Federation.

Gaetano Miccichè was unanimously elected president of the Lega Serie A by the 20 Serie A TIM clubs on 19/03/2018.
