Paris Saint-Germain: club inaugurates its first football academy in Istanbul (Turkey)

Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) have inaugurated, in partnership with Futbol Union company, a new Paris Saint-Germain Academy in Istanbul, the club's first in Turkey, according to the club on 26/05/2018.

"Under the watchful eye of Turkish former international player, Serhat Akin, who was appointed Sports Director, the young Turkish players aged between 4 and 16 will be able to take part in training sessions organised by Paris Saint-Germain in three different places: on Beylikdüzü and Bakırköy pitches established on Istanbul's European side and within Ümraniye facilities, on the Asian side. As of September (2018), Paris Saint-Germain will reinforce its presence in Turkey with the opening of three additional centres in the cities of Bursa and Antalaya, and within Turkey’s capital, Ankara," added the 2018 French champions.
