Ligue 1 Conforama: Olympique Lyonnais inaugurates its 1,300m² museum at Groupama Stadium

Jean-Michel Aulas, chairman of Olympique Lyonnais; Laurent Wauquiez, president of the Auvergne-Rhône-Alpes region; and Laurence Fautra, Mayor of Décines-Charpieu (Rhône); have inaugurated "OL Le Musée" (the Olympique Lyonnais Museum), a 1,300m² museum located in within the grounds of the Groupama Stadium (59,286 capacity) in Décines-Charpieu (Lyon, FRA) on Monday 28/05/2018.

The museum, which opened its doors to the public on Wednesday 30/05/2018, "invites visitors to a journey through the stories of the men and women who have contributed to the history of Olympique Lyonnais since its creation in May 1950. This new attraction adds to the range of OL City activities offered in the immediate vacinity of the stadium," said the club.

"It is a pleasure to inaugurate 'OL Le Musée' today which combines past and present, but which is especially oriented towards the future through the many technological innovations that have been deployed," said Jean-Michel Aulas.
