2017-18 European leagues: the champions, qualifications, promotions, and relegations (on 31/05/2018)

The 2017-18 seasons of most European football leagues are coming to a close. While some national champions and clubs qualified in European cups (Champions League and Europa League) are already known, there are still many uncertainties, at the top and at the bottom of the tables.
