The language school, Englishtown, has become a partner of the CBF (Brazilian Football Confederation), announced the governing body, on the 28/11/2013. The company becomes an official partner of the Confederation until November 2018.

The value of the contract is estimated at €3.1 million per season over five years. In total, the CBF, with 14 partners, have seen their sponsorship revenue double since 2008 from €34 million to €74.7 million, according to Sao Paulo newspaper, O Estado de S. Paulo.

"We are certain that this is an excellent opportunity to strengthen relations with the Brazilians, who love football and know the importance of quality education. The partnership with CBF is a strategic one for the school, we'll get worldwide exposure and we will be attending major sporting events in various countries," said André Marques, the general manager of Brazil for Englishtown.
