Ligue 1: Unibet succeeds PMU as betting partner of Paris Saint-Germain (2018-2020)

Unibet, brand of the Maltese sports betting and online gambling operator Kindred Group, has become the official betting partner of Paris Saint-Germain (Ligue 1 Conforama) for two seasons (2018-2020), on 19/06/2018. The annual value of the partnership is estimated at €1.5m by French media.

"A drive towards digital, the two brands will be present at the Parc des Princes (47,929 capacity). An online betting site designed by players for players, Unibet has been heavily invested in football for many years with football representing 60% of online betting on the multisport platform," said the club. Unibet will activate the partnership with a series of "money can't buy" experiences.

This is a second level partnership in the sponsoring hierarchy of PSG. Unibet succeeds the French sports betting operator PMU, a partner of Paris Saint-Germain since 2011 until the end of the 2017-18 season. PMU paid the Parisian club an estimated €1.4m annually.
