Switzerland's Sportradar acquire SportsData and expand sports data market in the United States

The Swiss company Sportradar, who specialise in the provision of sports statistics to the media and operators of sports betting, have acquired U.S. company SportsData, on the 02/12/2013. Founded in 2010, SportsData provide sports data in real time to companies like Google, Facebook, Twitter and the Bleacher Report. The company specialise in American sports, including MLS (Major League Soccer), the NFL (National Football League), NHL (National Hockey League) and the NBA (National Basketball Association).
