ExclusiveLaLiga 2019-2022 TV rights: remaining 4 lots estimated to bring €120 million/year to LaLiga

LaLiga estimates that the four unallocated lots (see below), following its tender for the audiovisual rights to LaLiga Santander and LaLiga 1|2|3, in Spain and Andorra, for the 2019-2022 period, as well as rights to the Copa del Rey over the same period, should bring in €120m per season, in addition to the €1.14bn for the four lots already awarded on 25/06/2018, stated LaLiga to News Tank Football on 26/06/2018.

The Spanish telecommunications group Telefonica was awarded, for €980m per season, Lots 4 and 5 (see below), or nine games (out of 10) per matchday, including the first choice match. The Chinese-Spanish audiovisual group Mediapro acquired Lots 2 and 7 (match summaries for free-to-air and the live broadcast of games in public establishments, see below). These four lots are awarded for an amount (€1.14bn per season) up 15% over the equivalent lots in the 2016-2019 cycle, indicated LaLiga.
