Serie A: Liu Jo (fashion) becomes the main shirt sponsor of Bologna FC 1909 for the 2018-19 season

Liu Jo, an Italian fashion brand and partner of Bologna FC 1909 (Serie A) since the 2015-16 season, has become the main shirt sponsor of the club for the 2018-19 season, announced Bologna FC on 26/06/2018. The value of the agreement has not been communicated.

The agreement makes Liu Jo a main sponsor, the first level in the sponsorship hierarchy of the club. "This season will see the company from Carpi (ITA, approximately 60km northwest of Bologna) appear on the official kits of the first team, club staff and the employees working in the hospitality areas during home games at the Stadio Renato Dall'Ara (38,300 capacity)," said Bologna FC.

Liu Jo succeeds FAAC (automatic doors and gates), Bologna FC's main partner and shirt sponsor since 2015-16. FAAC paid the Italian club an estimated €1.3m per season.
