Ligue 1: OL Groupe launches a shareholders club to "develop and reinforce relations" with them

OL Groupe is launching "Club Actionnaires" a shareholders club to "to develop and reinforce relations between OL GROUPE and its shareholders and OSRANE (subordinated bonds redeemable in new or existing ordinary shares, issued in July 2013) holders by promoting the exchange of ideas and rewarding their loyalty," announced the holding company that owns Olympique Lyonnais (Ligue 1 Conforama) on 26/06/2018.

"Free and open to any holder of at least one share or one OSRANE OL Groupe, the Shareholders' Club will develop a privileged relationship with its members," added OL Groupe. Among the benefits to be enjoyed by members of the Shareholders Club (see below) are privileged access to financial information published by OL Groupe and invitations to Olympique Lyonnais matches.
